It shows if you're fit or fat. Shorter guys have an advantage, though. Shorter limbs make pull-ups and such much easier.

that isn't true. shorter and smaller people have less mass, true, but they also likely have less muscle. it's not about total, it's about %

Lack of eye contact isn't always a bad sign; sometimes it's an excellent sign of a player who's a catalyst. You want someone that sees and thinks the game differently: they're going to have oddball behaviours because they simply experience and perceive the world differently.

After looking at some NHL combine performances. The phrase athletic freak cannot be used at all.

@@TokyoBalletReprise you don’t run or jump in hockey, it doesn’t matter how strong your legs are if you never run or jump you will never get good at running or jumping, there is more to it than leg power

@@TokyoBalletReprise my point is that it’s false, it’s a different kind of athleticism, running and jumping isn’t the only form of athleticism, it takes a tremendous for of athleticism to skate at high speeds, turning at high speeds, all while hitting and handling the puck, non athletes cannot do that, it’s just different from other sports

How important is an NHL draft 'lottery' that is held in secret and a league president flunky announces the results, unlike legitimate drafts where the president or commissioner makes the announcements?

Mario Lemieux could not bench press 100 pounds at 18 years of age. The interview is not fair if you are not english speaking. Europeans are shy and do not give much eye contact.
