So, back in 1999 I hurt my shoulder. Back then, they said that I had rotator cuff tendonitis. Then, in 2015 my shoulder was bothering me and the findings were this. Small amount of glenohumeral joint fluid, small amount of long head biceps sheath fluid, a c arthropathy, type 1-2 acromial configuration, mild superior cuff tendinopathy and superior cuff peri tendinitis. I had a distal clavicle surgery this past June for the a c joint. It was distal clavicle excision. I feel so much better on the top of my shoulder. I just started complaining to my physical therapist that the back of my shoulder hurts. She checked it out. She said there’s something going on with my infraspinatus. So, I’m waiting to see my surgeon

I had rotator cuff and bicep tendon surgery and when I was in my sling my lower arm and wrist was stiff. My therapist worked on that by moving my foraream and turning my wrist. I did hear a pop recently in my wrist and its sore . Just wondering if he was too aggressive. I am 11 weeks out now. Do you work on the wrist and forearm in the begining of therapy
