sir me apki vedios kafi time se dekh ra hu 2016 se lekin ye mera first question hoga apke kuki mene bas apse knowledge gain ki he lekin ye knowledge mere liye sahi nahi beth kuki jab me 2016 me jym ja ra tha matlab pehle bhi jata tha me 16 sal se jym kar ra hu lekin 3 years pehle mera accident hua or mera right hath ki sari veins kat gayi 3 sal se me apse knowledge le ra hu bus mujhe ek trah se apki addiction he me ye manta hu ki apse question nhi kiya ja sakta kuki ap itne knowledgable ho ki mene sirf apko follow kiya he ab mera hath recover hua he to sirf ek prena se vo ap he kuki ye dedication vapis jym me ane ke liye mujhe apse mili he ..so plz my first question actually mujhe sweating badi ati thi jym karte waqt sab mera majak bhi bnate the us waqt to ab me agust se start karunga jym to mujhe lya karna chahiye sweating kam ho iske liye..thankyu sir

Very true. Also depends on percentage of 1RM you're using. Higher weights, lower reps (up to 7-10 RPE) requires lower number of sets (volume load), and vice versa for lighter weights, higher reps (up to 7-10 RPE), one would require more number of sets.

Training for 4 years and thus an intermediate but I understand that my body responds best to Doriyan Yates's HIT. I have tried high volume, high reps and GVT but all it did was deplete the muscle glycogen and with not much pump (blood volume). If you are serious and have the focus and mind muscle connection,3 exercises and a total of 7 sets for chest is enough and for back you need atleast 5 exercises and a total of 12-15 sets (As Gaurav said in this video , I am specifically mentioning the exercises for different muslces in the back ) : 1. Pullovers (That isolates the lats without any biceps involvement) 2. Pulldowns ( Biceps come into play and by changing our grips we can target different parts of the lats for example when we are doing reverse grip pulldowns we target the inner lats or the point where the lats attach to the lower back ) 3. Bent over rows (targets the lower lats specifically , here we train the lats perpendicular to the ground ) 4. Any Horizontal rowing like seated rows (If we hold it wide and with double overhand grip it targets upper back muslces like the rhomboids and teres , here we train the back horizontal to the ground) 5. Deadlifts (The king, works every muslce from head to toe if done correctly but the one which was made popular by Doriyan demands us to only lower the bar upto midshin to create the tension in the back.)
