I use CBD oil for chronic pain from cancer. And we grow plants and I decarboxylate the plants grind them up to a powder. Then you can use it in any recipe after that. Evan in smoothies or sprinkled on popcorn. 4 plants yields one year worth. I don’t smoke it.
