Its not John always takes the actual price of a car and X's X2, 3 or even 4X of what the actual car is worth, as its a 250K car all day long, as its only worth what people will pay for it, and if enough people offer that and not a penny more, he is out of business and car prices get cheaper, which is a win win for everyone. after all this is the same slimeball who was put on Jay Leno's headlines for bouncing a 5K check at a charity auction in 2004, so he's always been big on flashing the numbers and not backing it up. as per the old idioum you gotta speculate to accumulate, and when you throw in some meaningless number like theirs only 15 of them, even though the only difference is a tiny bit of shift linkage between the two, its easy to get suckers to pay what you want for something.

@@Scott9181970 if you wanna pay 8 figures for a 450K car when new to buy from that slimebucket go right ahead, but your just gonna keep jacking up the price for everyone till the prices get so bad that no one can afford them, and the market crashes anyways and the only reason he's been stable is because he is controlling the flow of the cars so he can keep the prices stable and once people start coming out with manual conversions that reuse all the plug in play stuff that the factory put on those cars where literally the only difference is one is an automated system using some realays and a pump, and the other is a stick in the middle. why would you pay 8x what the thing is worth for an inferior product that you cant get parts for anyways?

@@mikeb5352 I've been following the restoration of a miura for over 20 some years, and have been a life long lamborghini fan for just as long, and he is upselling the cars to where no one could afford them while not telling anyone about the flaws, the issues and the problems these cars have and I saw him over 20 some years ago featured on Jay Leno's headlines where he was highlighted because the person who wrote the article said he looked like Orlando Blume, who was big and in the pirates of the carabeen franchise at the time like if he was just honest about what these cars are and asked fair prices I wouldnt have an issue with him but as it is he is a charelton who is upselling and upstaging the cars for what they are, hoopties old cars that werent made very many of because they were horrible old cars to begin with, they were italian, they leaked oil, caught fire and burned to the ground hence why 90% of the miuras are gone to this day, and in the video where he showed off one, suprise of all surprises he didnt drive it as he might grenade the engine given how badly the oil system on those cars are set up as their like the detomaso pantera, where the engine is put in backwards, and no one fixed the oil pan to match, so it starves the engine of oil as you throw it into corners hence why theirs not a single one that hasnt had an engine rebuild only worse, as the crankcase for the gearbox and the engine itself share the same oil, so right from the factory it needs valve cover breathers and an accusump to keep the engine from failing within 20 thousand kilometers now riddle me this, does this sound like a car that should cost 3 million dollars and then some because of their rarity or only a 150k like they used to be

In the the UK, there is a RHD manual 2006 Verde Draco Lamborghini Murcielago 6.5 2dr Coupe (not LP640) with 22,500 miles for £299,900 ($364,918). The prices in the States are crazy.

LP640 is worth far more. US Prices are affecting prices everywhere. In Brazil we saw a major spike in the price of rare used cars due to US' prices

I love the Draco verde color, I have a 1950 chevy pickup and that color with bronze wheels is what I’ve envisioned my build being completed with. I’m years away from that, but the moment I saw Ed’s paint job I was sold. I also like the idea of something similar to montanna grape but think that would go better with another project I have my eye on.

That M157 GL63 with 105,000 is just about ready for a rebuild, they love to bend rods, and have piston ring seizure that scratches the crappy Silitec liners. They can be rebuilt with Darton MID sleeves, CP H beam rods and billet pistons and do 1,000+ HP

Good replacement for GL63 AMG would be 2023 x7 m50i, or 2021 with the Turbo V8 similar to the M8, a jet on wheels, its a bmw so maintenance would be high and it has a fully controllable suspension height system which could be problematic after 80-130k miles dunno just yet

I nearly bought a 6x4 Range Rover that was used as a water tanker as a fire unit in a Air port, it was only €3,900 and had a 3.5 V8 from a Northern Ireland police defender, but I unfortunately didn’t go through with the purchase due to not being able to sort out long term storage in time and somebody else got to it, plus I already have 2 cars and in it even 20.
