I really need this. There are so many people who have wronged me in some of the worst ways. I hate them so much I could just lose it. I hate a lot of things. I am so tired of it. Hate has only made me so sad.

Just like a simple words. In the Bible books said, If someone hit your face you just turn the other side for them. This is a easy words that i try to translate for your guys which who would like to know HOW NOT TO HATE? So what is it mean? Jesus said, Love is the only one thing that can do everything. Everything possible in our Jesus.

+Rosa Phavinee I know thats why you never have a true love because you never give the true love for anyone. Let you know i have an experience that God saving the life from cancer. You have to trust and have a faith in God. Doctor is the one that God sent him to help people who have cancer. But have you know? Who is the on created human? what is BiBle said ? Its very normal of the human like you, when they got a problem they always blame to God but that never look at themselves. I know Human is human no way to be like God. Thats why i try to tell you guy have to consider yourself and look at your like that follow the way of God or not?

I'm agreed with you that why do we judge people by their race, skin, religion, or whatever.. nowadays we consume lots of information by media, news, social, etc.. but we never realize that what information is true, what information is fake, how much can we trust that information.. I would suggest to hold down your thinking and consider that information carefully by without bias

I feel like this only applies to larger scale hatred. When you oppose a certain ideology or group. But what to do about those who knew you and showed NOTHING but hate towards you? What to do about those who purposefully made things harder for you during a vulnerable time in your life? This conference talks about feelings of impersonal hatred. I am still lost over what to do about the need for payback and make those who hurt you at your worst feel the same pain if not more.

Deep down its not the matter of hatred or not, crises or disputes happening these days are caused by the conflict of interest among people. Not every decision or action made can benefit or make everyone happy in the society. Educating general group of people is simple, but it would not halt the problem entirely. Instead, policy makers, decision makers or the one that runs or represents the society should learn to be more selfless and do more to benefit the people, or at the very least be compassionate. But still, I think making everyone happy is nearly impractical but we should at least try to be near perfect.

Hatred for different opinions, of course, has no justifications, but shouldn't you hate injustice and dictatorship? I don't hate bad or dictatorial people blindly, but I hate the ill actions they take that affects others' lives unfairly. To fight against injustice and dictatorship, or tyranny, Wannasingh, is to help the world, and, for that matter, to accept or ignore them serves the contrary. I agree, however, that we can and should fight against bad deeds without hatred toward the wrongdoers. Yet again, we must act as a responsible human one way or another, I think, when injustice, or tyranny, is manifested in front of us.

The whole talk was wonderful, esp the introduction and conclusion which shound very... human-like. I love humans too. But sometimes I can't accept- nor forgive what they did to me, or perhaps, to other. Anyway, I like you quote at the end of the talk. Don't say it is not your quote. I think you should be proud of such beautiful ideal. If I were to create any quote like that, I would say... "This" is my quote. :) Lastly, thank you for such an inspiring journey!

At the early of the talk, it is interesting when he said he was a yellow shirt, a political supporter believing in good-man ideology. However, the yellow shirt group was originally created by a hatred of Taksin, the former prime minister. This makes me really want to hear what he has to say about how not to hate. After listening to the end, I was not surprised to find so many biases and attitudes that the Yellow shirt always has - HATRED. Here they are: Firstly, he searched for a definition of good men though he should have known about it very well because the Yellow shirt always claim they themselves are good people. Secondly, he showed how difficult life the Red shirt supporters had at the time of protesting and showed the after-match, the damage of burned Central World building, though no one knows who did it (despite the fact that no one commits arson). He also expressed that he feared of getting hit by the supporters when he visited them (Why? Did he wear a yellow shirt? Did he think they would hit a person randomly?). Eventually, he surprisingly found himself offered impressive basic sticky rice(Much better of getting hit. Eh ). On the other hand, he did not show what damage the Yellow shirt had done, and he did not fear of the Yellow (He may need to wear a red shirt to prove goodness in the Yellow). He finally gave a conclusion about how not to hate that I doubt whether his conclusion would help people out of hatred since his presentation still showed it.

First thing first, you need to realise he didn't have the whole day to clarify what now and what then he had found himself in. Focusing on his intention, we all saw that he tried to show us the similarity of colours, and none of it seemed to lead him to any bias. I'm not a fan of him, but at least I know the point of his speech and yeah you should too.

Couldn't agree more! Instead of talking about how not to hate, he'd better talk about how to hate justly and effectively. First, to hate justly is to hate certain people with certain reason, in which such a hate is motivated by your love of justice. I can't imagine how one could consider such a "just" hate as undesirable. Second, to hate effectively is to openly and creatively hate those who commit injustice. If everyone shows their hates for dictatorship and injustice, then we could have seen the improvement of democracy in our society.
