In this explanation, she says that more nutritious foods are classified as "good fpr body" because they're helpful to the body and helps make it work, and more sugary/less nutritious foods are "good for brain" because sometimes our brains crave them, and feeding ourselves that craving can make us happy. She mentions that the only "bad food" in her house are foods you can't eat (dietary issues/needs that would hurt if you did) or food that's rotten.
