how will this fix the lack of blood supply to the femoral head? It sounds like core decompression followed by bone marrow injection. But is there any evidence that this leads to regeneration of the blood vessels? It seems like an implausible task since the blood vessels are routed specifically from below the femoral head into it through the cervical region. I have heard of this type of procedure before. It might work through some mysterious ways almost like black magic.

Ok. My arm bone died after many surgeries. They replaced it with my fibula because it has a blood supply but it’s taking a long time (estimated year) to heal. Well this had that bone heal faster?
