I had core decompression and autologous stem cells of both knees for AVN and it has allowed me to get out of a wheelchair and walk,show my Dobermans with light jogging and enjoy life for over 11 years. I’m now developing arthritis and will probably get joint replacement,Mets in the next year but I made it 11 years able to enjoy my life.

I’m 46 and was very active. I can no longer walk. I was a former opiate addict and I refuse to take pain medication. I don’t know what I’m gonna do. I don’t wanna die, but I can’t live like this the pain. Hasn’t affected my brain well horrible thoughts and ideas. I just feel like crawling into the woods and laying down and never get back up. I am a prisoner in this body and stuck in this house. I wish I could go to sleep and not wake up. Please say a prayer for me. I pray for anyone suffering with this my pain is is unbearable

how will this fix the lack of blood supply to the femoral head? It sounds like core decompression followed by bone marrow injection. But is there any evidence that this leads to regeneration of the blood vessels? It seems like an implausible task since the blood vessels are routed specifically from below the femoral head into it through the cervical region. I have heard of this type of procedure before. It might work through some mysterious ways almost like black magic.

There is a process called angiogenesis, in which stem cells help provide an environment where blood vessels can be formed. I am attaching a paper that talks about blood vessel formation for cardiac conditions but similar things happen when stem cells help build blood vessels. doi: 10.1152/ajpheart.00726.2015

Where can I get this treatment? I’ve lived with this for 2 years with my shoulder I have MS and doctors never followed up with me after I broke my shoulder in 2020😢 Can I do this because the orthopedist want me to go into a rehab center aka nursing home to heal . Frankly that’s where so many have gone and then never be seen again so I am 53 years old and just because I have MS and balance issues I don’t want to prematurely go there although maybe the medical system does want me there I don’t know anymore actually

@thisisme7984 Жыл бұрын
For shoulders they recommend 10ml cells. Total trip and hotel coats should be under $5000 . I went to cryovida for my hip. 50mln cells and 50mln in my sacrum and 50mln IV. The IV took some pain away immediately and the hip injection took 80% of the pain away within a week and I'm 95% pain free still almost 2 years later . Doing that and getting on TRT allowed me to get back in the gym consistently now for about 1 year.
@AdvancellsThePowertoCure6 ай бұрын
We hope you are doing better almost 1 year after your comment. There are available alternative treatment options, allowing you to manage your condition. You can research regenerative medicine in which you will be able to see how stem cells and exosomes are being used in a combination to help manage several conditions, including MS. Highly recommend you check it out before going to a nursing home.
