I agree they should make a spectacular spider man movie, just think about it in season 1 and season 2 we were getting arcs that could work into a movie, for example The first 3 episodes of spectacular spider man would've very much worked as a movie, the 3 episodes of the green goblin arc in season 1 would've also worked as a movie, the 4 episodes of the symbiote arc in season 1 would've worked perfectly as a movie, so yeh I feel like what they should do is make 3 episodes and turn them into a movie, each movie will be 3 episodes turned into a movie

They should make them as direct to digital films, if Batman can due it so can Spidey. The first movie would simply be called “The Spectacular Spider-Man Movie”, due to it being the character’s first Solo movie, and the school subject the story would focus around would be about film, and maybe they can adapt the Hollywood storyline from ultimate comics. The villain can be Tombstone. The movies, preferably at least five, would focus on not only telling new stories, but also tying up loose ends from the show.

God, I loved this show. I'm still mad it only went for 2 seasons. But I also agree that we're unlikely to ever see a direct, official continuation. Of course, I'd also point out that there was a time I thought we'd never see Spider-Man in the MCU, so... 🤞

Having the Spectacular Spider-man come back in a feature length film is an idea I had in my head for a while. But on the flipside there are rumors of Josh keaton (Spider-man) cameoing in the second season of the Invincible series so that's also something to speculate.

The only thing in the way of a season 3 and beyond is a lack of negotiation between Sony and Disney. They did it with the MCU Spiderman, so they could theoretically do it with Spectacular, the problem is though, that Disney never had (and probably still don't have) any interest in continuing Spectacular and it's most likely the case with Sony too.

Spoiler alert: The show's cliff hanger alone shows a lot of promise... Like, imagine Harry thinking Norman is dead only to find out he is very much alive and has been keeping a close eye on him and the family behind the scenes. Plus, if they wanted to continue Harry's addiction storyline they could have Norman gradually become more proud of Harry as he sees how assured he is of himself, thus becoming the Man of the house. Heck, if they really wanted to they could have Harry be the first Hobgoblin and team up with his father for half a season or so. Sprinkle in some good old foreshadowed Gwen Stacy emotional manipulation tactics and you got yourself a new yet, familiar take on TSSM. Is this too much or?🕷🕸

I really hope and praying to God that there will be new seasons if The Spectacular Spider-Man animated series will finally return?! Why you all ask? Because ever since I saw episode 25 and 26 back on 2009, I was very sad & pissed that the show ended up very badly with an anticlimactic ending! And I really hope that Spider-Man from Earth-26496 will find a way to make Felicia Hardy the Black Cat forgive him of his selfish revenge on her father; Walter Hardy the Cat Burglar. Cause I realized that in the grand calculus of the Multiverse, all the Ben Parkers that said to his nephew Peter “With great power, there must also come great responsibility” and that’s on the day he died. Witch means his Uncle Ben didn’t die for nothing. And I really love this version of Black Cat on The Spectacular Spider-Man, because she’s so scolding hot!

There's no way Sony and Disney don't ruin it by forcing characters like Miles in for the sake of relevance over the original story. Miles is fine for when Peter is a fully grown adult, but having him show up early is a common trend that I feel will effect a potential season 3. They did it with Ultimate and they did it with Marvel's Spider-Man, and it was lame in those shows. I would rather see the same show from 2009 continue as if it was continuing with the original plans, but I doubt we'll get it that way.

I would love to see it take place in present day I’d like to imagine spectacular spidey from Spider-Man across the spider verse is now well in his 30s and it seems that way to as captain Stacy has already died in his universe, maybe we could see him and MJ married maybe even having a kid I think he was around 17 to 18 in the show when he got his powers and that would make him about 32-33, which lines up with 616 Spidey’s current age, I love an older Spider-Man

With the appearance of Spectacular Spider-Man in "Spider-Man Across the Spiderverse" and the release of the Fan Fiction film "Spider-Man Lotus", there's still hope some independent studio could make a fan fiction film through crowdsourcing. I'd contribute to this project. I also think if Sony would allocate a limited budget for a 2 part Spectacular Spider-Man movie, that would minimize risk. I think If "Spider-Man Beyond The Spiderverse" would give Spectacular Spider_man more screen time or more of a story arc in relation to that movie's plot, it could generate interest in the character, I watched your Season 3 and Season 4 and I'm looking forward to Season 5.

Spectacular was an awesome show. I would love nothing more than a revival of any kind. But anything beyond the cameo in ATSV is just so unlikely. You hit it perfectly, it just wouldn't make sense financially. How do they make a S3 straight to theaters movie? The only comparison I have to that is Disney releasing High school musical 3 in theaters after 1-2 being DCOM. But that released in its peak, not 15 years later.
