Thanks to this video. I was able to make this at work yesterday, cause they have an air fryer in the break room and I wanted burgers. Didn't have cooking spray so just added a bit of water after it preheated and just needed 5 mins each side and was quite juicy to say the least. They were also stuffed with bacon and cheese cause break doesn't allow a lot of time for burger assembly. Just ketchup and mayo on a toasted bun was good enough. Cheers 🍔

I never buy a fast joint burger or at any establishment. They just can't touch my own burgers at home. It's not even a contest. I like Bubba Burgers frozen for about 16-17 bucks for two pounds. A little extra cash but worth it! I like their irregular shape and quality. I might go with tomato and lettuce or just with fried onions(my favorite). Never cheese..... don't want anything spoiling that burger taste. Will definitely try air frying burgers with my new fryer/oven arriving Tuesday. Well, now that I'm just about drooling, it's time to get dinner going. Guess what's on tonight's menu? Don't like fries but have fallen in love with roasted brussel sprouts.

Please don't leave red in your ground beef patties. Unlike steaks where you only have to worry about the outside being contaminated, there is no "outside" to ground beef. If you are worried about your patty being too dry when cooked to a light brown, get 20% fat and go with 1/3rd lb instead of quarter pound to make up for the mass loss when the fat melts away.

@ModeratelyAmused Жыл бұрын
@@sethterwilliger9434 there are dangerous bacteria that grow on raw meat. 140 degrees Fahrenheit is considered the temperature that kills them (the dangerous ones) all. with steak, the bacteria is on the outside. with ground beef it can grow throughout. if it's "red" and not pink, it's likely to have never reached 140. most of the time they won't kill you but many times they can make you sick enough to need hospitalization.
