I just got selected for a job I have always wanted. Not only the position/role, but the company itself. Mr. Don G. has always been the source of my confidence over the years and until to date. The longer it gets, the better and up-to-date Mr. Don gets. Grateful to you Mr. Don. Keep it up! Amazing help for everyone; especially the fresher. 🙏👏💰

Hi Don, thank you for the videos. I’ve learned a lot from you. I officially accepted an offer letter from RTX Raytheon few weeks ago 👍

The key to mistakes are too talk about them and warn others before they make the same ones!

So, as the interviewee, what if I sense that the interviewer is overselling the position? How do I ask them what the catch is (I.e. why, if they think the role is so great, AREN'T they doing it)?
@DonGeorgevich5 ай бұрын
just because a role is so great, doesn't mean the interviewer is qualified to do it, nor can do it. if you feel the position is being over-sold, then call them out on it.

GREAT: More questions that belittles a candidate that just wants to work for their paycheck rather than brown nose for it. Rather than ask Stupid questions, Start with; HOW MUCH DOES THIS JOB PAY 💰? Anyone ever notice these Corporate #3#$$, never mention PAY. You should hear my answers when I’m asked these psycho babbling questions. 😂

belittle a candidate with questions? why would anyone design a system that does that? that's not what I do nor teach.

@@DonGeorgevich Okay, looking around, IMO, don’t you think people are really getting tired of a Corporatized World? Maybe not the ones on top, not the 1% percenters , but I believe most workers are plum worn out from Corporatism. It’s all about happiness my friend, all that Corporate Cut-throat and Phony transparency hiring and firing; playing with people’s emotions and their lives, will comeback to haunt you miserably on your dying bed.

😂, I think you’re way too late. Where were you in 1985 when this trend started? Nothing’s owned by Mom & Pops anymore, everything’s a FRANCHISE now, show me a franchise that can afford to hire quality workers? Let’s not forget the ENORMOUS franchise $Fees$ and the majority of franchisee’s are Foreigners. This battle was won wayyy before it was ever fought. It’s 2025, at least in the Corporate World. Sorry Charlie, TOO LATE.

franchise? this isn't about hiring McDonalds workers. This about hiring top performers to help you build a start up.

Don! Great to see you back. I have been laid off from my previous role and have been going through the interview process. Made it all the way to third round panel and now I am just waiting for the results. I binged almost all of your content especially about how to answer the question of explaining why you were let go. Thank you for everything. I undoubtedly was more prepared because of your insight and knowledge!
