If you don’t have protein flour.Can you use extra of 500 grams of the flour here that’s also that much put in the mixture?

@@Nanetteb Hi Nanetteb, Thanks for your message. You can use all-purpose flour; however, high-protein flour has a stronger texture and yields the perfect outcome for all pastries. If the all-purpose flour has at least 10% protein, it should be fine to use. Please let me know how it turns out🥰
