Most of us think that the key to productivity is to find ways to get more done. However, the real secret to real productivity is to do less while achieving more. We have been instilled that in order to succeed we have to exert maximum effort and be constantly busy. However, the most successful people do not necessarily work harder than everyone else; instead, they work smarter. Work Smart (not Hard). Great content, Sunny! Keep sharing and inspiring!

Thank you so much Sunny! Seeing that productive versus busy chart was an eye-opener for me. I see that I am definitely mixing the two together. I have some productive days and days where I am just keeping myself engaged in busy work. I think that it may be due to feeling guilty. I always feel like I need to be busy, so I look for something to do. This is something that I am working on. I’m now learning how to batch the busy work. I pick two days a week where I respond to comments on KZbin and other social media platforms. This normally takes me two hours a week. In doing so, I have noticed that this has freed up some of my time. I find that I am also a little more energized too when I am not on social media platforms all the time. I also think that it is important to create boundaries and space. It is unrealistic to always respond to comments right away. Really great tips! I appreciate all the concrete examples! Take care, and have an amazing day! 🙏💕😊

I actually use the same method. ) Outlining 4 aspects I have to care about on a whiteboard; then outlining the tasks in each "space", then prioritizing 3 major tasks for the day. I even put in my domestic activities, like homeschooling kids, cleaning, cooking, etc. Because it eats up more time than my business activities!.. 😤 so, straight into the whiteboard it goes. 🙂

Love this video Sunny! My main challenge is that each day is too different, and schedule of work varies too much which is typical for people who have planet Uranus connected to the 2nd house somehow (astrology), yet it makes things harder as having a healthy routine helps! So I am working on including a good healthy routine and optimizing. . I have a wellness business and it is yet hard to predict the amount of client sessions per month. So I do supportive jobs as well (gigs mainly however a part-time job would be better probably to add more continuity and schedule rhythm).

ALL IN WITH YOU! Thanks so much for sharing this with us and making this video, Sunny!! It was super informative and came at the perfect time for me. DID NOT know about that second clock 😲 but I had noticed that my energy and mood was cyclical but figured it could be for any reason. Will def be getting that book! I feel like I'm fighting my body ALL THE TIME. 🙏🏽😙

I didn't understand smt. Should we work on just one goul from the categories ? Like working on a business for one quarter and the drop it for 3 quarters ?

Such a useful video!! I feel I need to watch this every week, at least once to remind myself what I'm doing and what I need to focus on. I get caught up in 'busy' tasks a lot and don't have time for the important, "needle-moving' ones. Great video Sunny!!!!!!

I'm SO with you! I'm really aiming to be productive and not busy. It's a struggle so this video is so helpful! On a side note I'm noticing that a lot of your theories as they pertain to life and business is what I teach about fitness and "smarter not harder" is one of my main messages to my clients! So it seems once again, Sunny, we're on the same, kind of parallel page. XO, Rachel

I really like the brain dump chart idea Sunny. I didn't realize i was naturally using that strategy these past few years. I think i been operating under the productive and busy aspects of life. I mean things have kinda been very crazy these past few months so it's a lot of people who probably been under the busy category. I know for me, i been focusing on the finances, my health, and spirituality lately. I feel better too. I appreciate you sharing this helpful information with us. Have a blessed day 🌟🌞

"Rest is an act of resistance" YES YES YES!!! 💣 I love Kate's book, I have the cycle written on my whiteboard and every month I add the date range, it has been so helpful, but this is a process that takes time, undoing all the conditioning. Thank you for sharing these resources, a lot of women feel this is not "AVAILABLE" to them - what would you say to them? How can they get started?
@SunnyLenarduzzi4 жыл бұрын
So glad this resonates with you, Lennis! 💛 I'll absolutely do my best to help, but mind explaining what you mean by "not available to them"?

@@SunnyLenarduzzi when I read the book Do Less, I read numerous comments of women saying this is a "white woman" speaking from a privileged position, without getting into that rabbit hole, I'm Latina and also see this as a predominant mindset in our culture (this is available for "them" not for me), which I guess boils down to cultivating "I'm enough" and "I'm worthy" into their vocabulary. Does that make sense?
@SunnyLenarduzzi4 жыл бұрын
@@LennisPerezTV Ahh that makes sense, Lennis and it’s something I’m super aware of. I truthfully don’t have the answer on how to tackle this at this point, it is so complex in that it’s been programmed and conditioned into us to believe that our worthiness is deeply rooted and attached to being busy and doing more. I certainly can’t speak from the perspective of a woman of colour, but this is something I feel like I’m reconditioning myself out of every day. My hope is that by speaking about it more openly, the awareness will lead to action and change eventually.

Sunny this video and a few others have helped me SOOOO much. Your vulnerability about the pressure of anxiety and working the wheel led you to being hospitalized. I had the same exact experience. From watching your videos, you have given me complete freedom and motivation to fully follow through with becoming a creator and many other things. Thank you!!

Yes I’m with you. Some days are better than others. Being a parent throws a whole different spin on things. Mental health issues add another challenge. Not trying to say it’s not possible, on the contrary, all things are possible to those who believe! It takes one individual more or less time than others and that is just A OK 👍🏻 🌸💙
