I'm a man, but I have self-esteem issues and have learned quite a bit from your videos. (I can't think of what to say in public situations, etc.) I found this video about "know yourself" extremely valuable. Thank you. (The videos I've seen aimed at men push being some sort of fake "alpha" male--seemingly by being an arrogant ass.) My grandmother, raised during the Edwardian era and a debutante in Montreal in the 1910's, would have made one distinction--you speak about "elegant women". My grandmother would call you, and the pupils who follow your advise, "Ladies". Congratulations. You walk the talk.
