Good for beginners but you need to be able to advance just as high to low low to high speed changes ball manipulation off hand many different aspects to dribbling

Man I wished I lived in San Diego so I can get trained by you, I train myself tho but I can still tell I’m getting way better because I play everyday and I’m explosive because I did lots of medicine ball workouts and ran up steep hills and did plyometrics .
