Girl!! This video was chefs kiss perfect! I have my golden retriever he is so amazing but is still a man and I love how you talked from both perspectives (a good loyal man vs a bad boy). I think all women can benefit from this black cat energy for sure. Makes our good men go even crazier for us

thank you thank you thank you. i’m so glad i found you on youtube now, tik toks were not long enough for me! a few days ago i argued for the first time with my boyfriend. i was crying my eyes out, laying there in silence listening to him being unkind to me and i realised i was the one that let him disrespect me. it’s the third time im watching this video - literally studying it. I messaged him 2 days after, said how he spoke to me was unacceptable and it better not happen again . period. distanced myself and now i can feel him gravitating towards me, double messaging, lots of emojis etc . this video was so clear and straight to the point for me. as someone who is emotional and cries a lot, i seriously needed this ‘lecture’, it’s not worth losing yourself for a man, for me it’s important they make your nervous system feel safe - not unsafe just like i felt during that argument. 🌸

This was amazing thank you! As I was watching this I was using your tips in the midst of a situation with my partner. I had to set boundaries and understand that I am okay with losing my partner. My partner was too comfortable and after setting my boundaries he realized he is scared to lose me. I use to be a black cat I would say but I noticed I started to “lose” myself and became a golden retriever. Now I feel myself becoming the black cat again slowly.

Richard is always pissing me off. I don't react anymore. I create distance & do things that make me happy without him He calls me cold now. I've decentered him & it feels like a big weight off my back

Great content, my opinion is it's not toxic at all. You are simply teaching women how to control their emotions stand there ground and not get walked all over by men. i love the advice it really is helpful when you put it into the perspective when you say to think like a man. In my past relationships I was a golden retriever and it just left me empty and alone. I got taken advantage of when at any second he got the chance he would choose someone else quickly over me. I think your great. And yes more content.... Thank you for the help!

Emotional regulation, Emotional intelligence, no reaction. I find if you don't react, cry , get angry, you will see... who is the truly emotional one. The more calm and unemotional you are , the more emotion he will show. It's very interesting, and I believe men are more emotional then us ladies.
