It depends, if you have short tie in biceps, then you can almost always develop a peak. The best way to target the out head peak is the close grip barbell curl.

couldn't disagree more. people that do barbell curls and people that do nothing but incline curls and concentration curls have arms that look entirely different one has thick inner biceps one has narrower far far more shapely biceps. people wouldnt do different exercises if they didnt provide a different result. When sergio stopped curling his wrists when doing curls and stopped only doing reverse curls and collar to collar barbell curls and on the advice of Arnold did more low incline curls, spider bench curls and concentration curls which he like to do the top half of his biceps improved. also Boyer coe exclusively did incline curls when he started and he had thin narrow split but high peaked biceps when he made his comeback in the masters his arms looked entirely different way thicker. saying its genetics is an excuse to not do any of the exercises that provide very good peak contraction and/or hit the outer head very well. plus when i was there the only thing i'd change is those watson barbells i'd of bought the revolving versions like the dumbbells you have in the corner/side.
