Thank you Mr. Panda for this very detailed message, you break down proper form in all videos. Thank you for emphasizing technique is key and the foundation to gaining the results that you are looking for. You have been more than a health teacher than most teachers. How you show the muscles and give the name and clarification on how to work them is awesome information. I never knew half of the names of the muscle group until I came to your channel, so thank you for being our teacher and for your time and energy, because without your dedication for helping others some of us would be doing things incorrectly.

I like the video and will definitely get use out of these suggestions. My only thing is, you’re suggesting I can grow massive legs by doing these exercises you’re showing us and not heavy squats. How can I follow a path you didn’t take yourself? How can we determine how much those heavy squats/presses benefited your development prior to doing these ancillary or alternative exercises? Sure they may have helped in your development, but to what degree? Did those heavy squats contribute to say 80% of your mass and these other exercises help push it a little farther. Does that mean if I do this routine, I’ll only be doing a fraction of what I could be doing to really grow my legs sans squats? I have scoliosis and years of doing heavy squats/deadlifts have deteriorated my spine. I’m afraid if these exercises aren’t a true replacement for squats, greater leg development may be outta my reach. Thank you for the video and advice...I’ll definitely use this in my training. This isn’t a criticism of you, just a depressing realization of the limit of my own potential...
