Your best bet is to get a calorie burner. I only burned 74 calories. It all depends on weight, height, body fat %, etc

As much as these workouts kill me, I know that being healthy and skinny will always feel better than eating a donut or a pint of icecream. And to everyone saying "it doesn't burn 150 calories" "she stopped and it kept counting down" "this is a lie"... It still burns more calories than you're burning commenting on her exersising. May I just point out, Rebecca is the only one I watch on this channel for a good reason. Her voice just motivates you to keep pushing and i love her short workouts because they may be short but they feature the hardest excersises. I already have abs but I want to maintain them so I watch your ab tutorials and hey really work. I'm going to try the 10 minute abs tomorrow. Thank you so much! This workout depends on weight, height, and age of course to see how much you burn, but it is a great workout! If you are a women, then I suggest you do this twice. Be sure to pair this with more workout routines. If you do this twice, I think you can burn up to 150. But do this workout for the sake of getting fit, not just to burn calories. As much as I love Xhit, I got to admit. One video isn't a miracle worker. Be sure to have a balanced diet as well. Good luck everyone!

Ok that's a pretty intensive workout for sure! I've been doing it for a couple of months so I've got used to it but for those who just started, here's my tip: start directly from the 3rd exercice (burpees) and do the first 2 exercices (jumping jacks and cross jacks) at the end so you don't get exhausted from the start! :)

I would modify it a little bit, because several exercises in a plank position is just too hard for the arms for those who are begginer/intermediate, they start shivering and the following exercise isn't done well or to its full length. Otherwise, it is a GREAT workout routine, this is the first time I didn't even notice how the time flies. Did two of these,moving on to some toning exercises.

And also in the last exercise I'm missing you saying "swap" every 5 seconds because while doing this exercise I don't look at the screen and I can't focus on time when I'm thinking about contracting my muscles so next time I would appreciate if you thought about it. These are just little details that make a workout easier and nicer :)

To Allie A, drinking lots of water is always important, especially when exercising. Well done on being sensible and want I g to burn off your Halloween candy, but take it easy, as you are so young do stop if any exercises hurt, exercise should never hurt. I like working out to this, it's great way to burn off a doughnut in a few minutes .

I had to stop it because it wasn't good for my knee. I had a surgery in January, after I broke my cruciate ligament and my lateral meniscus during a rugby match.(obviously I do rehabilitation now) I did this workout just twice and I noticed my knee was in pain. By the way, I'm a very determined person, so I asked my physiotherapist if I could keep on doing this and he said yes. Nevertheless, he gave me some "devices". Soooo, I'll let you know if it works. :)

I was thinking in the middle of the workout to stop. But i continued. And after the workout You have a good Feeling that You burned calories and want to continue.

I'm proud of myself because today I aimed for 10 workouts and I did it. I did 1000 squats, 1000 abs, 200 squats, a thigh workout, arm workout, this workout and the rest were but workouts. I'm shattered but I think I might to this every week. Time for my shower!
