This was so incredibly good. I only made this because I thought it looked easy but it turned out to be the best hot pot recipe ever. All the little components came together to make it unbelievably delicious. Soaking the cabbage in cold water took all the sulfur bitterness out and it made the soup so deliciously sweet. I made a made a batch of Chinese hot mustard to go with. The combo of beef cabbage and mustard and dipping sauce was incredible. I used sweet potato noodles at the end instead of rice. So good.

🎉🎉🎉🎉 congrats for the baby coming soon !!! My baby boy is Also coming in max 4 weeks, so Katy stay strong during the summer heat, I understand you! Also you are glowing !!!! As for cravings, I found our bodies Ask us for food containing nutrients baby needs. For instance, I craved cereals when I needed Iron (and then once I got Iron supplements I didn't crave it again !), pho when I needed nutrients from the meat broth, potatoes when I needed carbs etc. The human body is incredible. I Can't wait to see you guys make recipes for babies and toddlers later on !!!
