How to calibrate Hall sensor joystick + drive pcb scheme to achieve a good use effect.

In this video I will show you how to calibrate the Hall sensor joystick to achieve a better use effect. The data of the three modes need to be adjusted. MODE A-MODE S-MODE B The three modes need to be adjusted in sequence the first time. That way you can have a good joystick with good parameters and enjoy playing the game!

Ok this is my first time learning about this modification and i have some questions. 1.- only works with an exclusive stick nodel? 2.- i saw your modification in a xbox elite series 2 controller and i wanna know if can i do the same calibration 3.- it works on switch pro controller? 4.- the driver that everyone made mention in the comments run in the pcb or i need to use a software in PC?

you cant do it on xbox elite controller because the removeable joysticks are magnetic and it will intefere with the hall effect. HOWEVER if you swap the removable joystick for normal plastic ones it should work.

Watch what he does when plugging in the controller you put different analogue inputs to enter the various modes and save them by clicking R3 or L3

yah, did all that, even went to older videos to verify install was 100% with the battery plug-in and led flash on pcb boards all good and still no go. I have the v5 board and am having trouble getting into the calibration modes. My left joystick can get into calibration mode A (center point) but my right joystick can't. It seems like both joysticks can get into calibration mode S but I'm not sure my changes are working (I'm pressing L3 and R3 after moving the joysticks in circles). I can only get my left joystick into calibration mode B. When I'm not in calibration mode, both joysticks are able to reach all directions. I can't seem to get my right joystick into calibration modes A or B. Any advice?

I'm just browsing but my own intuition would lead to thinking that your driver board for the right stick just isn't installed properly if it's not entering calibration modes at all, since that's the point of the board. Not sure however.

Believe it or not the normal fix for this is the calibration isn’t set. Hold down the joystick and plug in controller and do complete 360 rotations with the joystick and when done press down again and then test.

@@TheNightWalkerTM so no matter the Hall effects as long as they have the proper sensors for that console so you’re good. I if the board is installed properly on your controller you just need to enter all three modes and set it ups you should have 3-6 % accuracy issue when testing. For examples with yours being 25% you likely didn’t enter the mode that captures the full 360 rotation

You need to turn on the controller for a moment, your fingers do not touch the joystick. The program decides what it should do the moment it starts up.

@@NicolasSilvaVasault pensaba que había que usar un programa pero resulta que al montar los joystick magneticos hay que montar también los driver de calibración que van también soldados, la página para calibrar los joystick ya la conocía pero para poder entrar en esos modos de calibración tienes que tener montado esos driver pcb, también voy a pedir en aliexpres el cabezal para soldadores t12 que te permite desmontar los joystick muy fácilmente y en un minuto, te ahorra mucho trabajo.

yo compre los naranjo hace poco, y si bien funcionan mucho mejor que los que usan potenciometro, calibrarlos es una patada en las bolas, porque tienes que hacer un juego entre el analogo y un punto al que insertar una aguja, y cuesta un monton porque a veces se te va, en cambio estos con el pcb la calibracion es milimetrica y no tienes que desarmar nada, pero la diferencia de precio es grande, $20 USD vale el par de estos @@MiguelAngel-ij1oh
