Video would have been awesome if the removal of fuel tank was shown.

Thanks for your video. The 2022 is slightly different. Remove the electrical connection on top of tank, not the harness, Remove the fuel line off the throttle body and vent hose connnection at the base of the tank. The hoses stay attached to the tank when you remove it.

You can remove the rubber boot that they put in the front of the frame under your fairing... it will allow a lot more air into the K&N filter you just installed. This was one of the first modifications I did to my Challenger, you can literally hear more intake noise afterwards, even with the stock filter.

Thank you 🤘. That 500$ plastic pos side scoop is a waste. Glad I watched a few videos so I didn’t buy it.

Welp, this air filter placement proves the rule. "Engineers will crawl over a pile of naked super models to f*** a mechanic." Thanks for the Video.

Lol ya definitely not a quick change but it gets good air flow in there. Thankfully I was already doing this change while it was off.

Hey bro i have a question unrelated to this video….i know you’ve done long trips with the bobber….which seat do you use for longer rides?
@TheBeardedBobber2 жыл бұрын
I have the saddlemen step up for both my bikes. I do have the diamond stitch which takes longer to break in. The step up and shocks for the bobber make long trips so much better

@@TheBeardedBobber thanks…..i did 100 miles last weekend and it was brutal…not so much the suspension but the actual seat…and i have the OEM Indian Comfort seat
@TheBeardedBobber2 жыл бұрын
Ya I got a better seat which helped but when I finally switch the shocks it was an insane difference.

@@TheBeardedBobber which shocks do you have? I hear they raise the back abit
@TheBeardedBobber2 жыл бұрын
I have Indian fox shocks but there are plenty out there. It raised the back about another inch. I wasn’t a huge fan of the look but my back was much happier

Thanks for the video, I now know I won’t be buying a Challenger or Pursuit now. Dumbest location they could think of especially for a tech motorcycle!

I’m not a mechanic but it’s easy to do. So it doesn’t bother me.
