There is a mistake in our subtitles and we want to apologize for any inconvenience caused! We used XZN socket bits instead of Torx socket bits. Thank you for your understanding! Yours truly, AUTODOC team.

Thanks this is very informative, gives an idea how to do it. But you can imagine how tight those brake saddle xzn bolts are in an old car and you show how to open those with an angled tool. I never succeeded with such a tool in that.

Thank you for your nice feedback! You are absolutely right. There can be difficulties when carrying out replacement , therefore, we recommend that you treat the thread joints to avoid difficulties when doing the further dismantling. Best regards , Autodoc.

great videos, but you never show the real tight need process, and torque values, so it could be confusing (also dangerus) for customers. please consider this advice. thank again

Yes especialy on the rear bearing, you dont just use that small air-wrench. Potentially lethal!

@@autodocuk dumbest reply I've ever seen. You just forgot or didn't know you had to do a proper torque setting how hard would it have been to just torque it up...

And where torque for wheel bearing bolt! Useless!

Hub bolt torque value is 180 Nm + 180 degrees as per Skoda factory workshop manual. Also take note that the brake caliper carrier's bolts are torqued to yield, so they must also be changed after each removal.

How tight should it be?

Incorrect assembly. 180 Nm + 180 degrees is mandatory for the main bolt (with XZN 18 socket). It's basically not possible to tighten correctly with impact wrench.

Thank you for your comment! In general, the replacement will be similar, the only thing may be slightly different in the choice of tool. You can find more information in the technical documentation for your car repair. Best Regards, Autodoc team

Not informative at all no torque values included the hub nut just glided out....already pre loosened judging by how easy it Came out with that little impact gun, would it have hurt to include torque values especially as they are critical parts???
