Video Questions 1. Do you want to do whatever it is in order to prove your identity? Do you need to be seen as successful or tough or smart? Am I doing this because I'm trying to overcompensate for some perceived deficiency? 2. Do you enjoy doing it? 3. Does it solve somebody's problem?

Identity is everything. Life is all about finding it in the right place... Your career is not that place.

But I always feel like I have to prove myself regardless, and I don't think that is necessarily a bad thing...or maybe it is??? :/
