After years and years of watching my family members yell and fight each other, I have totally lost control of my anger. Now whether it is a small or a big issue, I'd yell and argue without a care. Edit: 19082023: I lost it today too, I threw away my drawings because mom called them garbage.

Resentments, anger, and unforgiveness I have struggled with and I'm still working on it. My 12 step sponsor had me write down mycresentments and how they have affected me and my part in the resentments since in conflicts both people are responsible. Now obviously in cases like being abused you don't play a part in. Then I could see my wrongs, make amends, change behaviors, build up my character, and if appropriate reconcile relationships. It also helps me to understand psychology and human behavior and why people act how they do. It's not justifying or condoning though. It helps me to have more compassion and wish them well. It also is good to remember not to get revenge not just because of the consequences but they will get the karma and there will be justice. If it helps them change and make amends good. Plus resentments only hurt you not the other person. It all helps me.

The best way to deal w anger is to acknowledge it dont deny it and thrn cut it at its root - interpretations. All emotions come from interpretations change the interpretations and the feelings changes. How shift the interpretatiin? Simply by asking within ourselves God Spirit Higher Mind to see it different. Be still to receive answers usually comes wirhin minutes or at latest day or two if were sincere. but remember to feel it dont deny it just dont act on it and ask for a different interpretation. Love and Light Eternal.

Realization of being lone in this whole world is the worst moment in life. What if there is no such loved one in our life. Who is there to hear us - 'nobody' 😥. Everybody who has got close to me have their own benefits from me. One true friend or companion, I think this phrase is not applicable to me. Whoever I have met and shared time has exploited me one or the other way. Such experiences have made me stay away from people. Don't know if same happens to other people too. But in my case, there is nobody ever. 😥

Don’t get affected by someone else, choose to be indifferent. Will prevent from over reacting. 4. Drink water when becoming angry or go for walk alone to reflect on situation rather than react 5. Maintain relaxed mindset. Don’t take life too seriously.
