This dish is with assorted veggies, usually cooked with pork or fish and flavored with Filipino fermented brown fish sauce or with Filipino shrimp sauce. How to Cook Pinakbet Recipe
Ingredients:
300 grams - pork collar
1/4 cup - water
2 tbsp - olive oil
1 slice - ginger
1/4 cup - garlic
1 cup - shallots
1 to 2 tbsp - shrimp sauce or Filipino fish sauce (bagoong alamang or bagoong isda)
3 cups - tomatoes
2 cups - squash
2 cups - string beans
1 cup - water
2 cups - assorted eggplants
1 cup winged beans
1 cup - small bitter gourd
2 cups - okra
1 tsp - chicken powder
1 pcs - green chili
5 pcs - spicy chilis for garnish
Cooking Time: approximately 40 minutes
