You can use fractured t3 or t4 as well for a good jewel since it enables the other mods to be hit quite easily. The market definitely is being completely bought up by mainly one dude for t2+ as of right now I just saw. Also fractured chaos flat damage works as well.

he was assuming you would just buy one off the market, as there are many more ways to get fractured items than just harvest.
