Hey, depending on the situation, the customer journey can be different from stranger >>> transaction >>> relationship... I'd say that for some users/prospects, the relationship part may need to come before a transaction may occur...

If I have brand that serve two different type of services, should I make it separate brand? For example, my brand name is "ok food" that sell ready to eat food and other is spices. Should I make other brand for Spice and name it "ok spice"

@@Thespiceguyid They are in the same overarching category so you could keep them combined or seperate them. Have you clearly defined the different market segments? Can you justify a brand extention? Will you be able to throw resources behind a new brand? Will your distribution differ from your original brand? The answer to these questions should give you some clarity.
