Hey Friends, enemies, and everyone in between. This video highlights only a sliver of some recent events here in the Appalachian Mountains. If you have friends or family in this part of the U.S., check up on them. Meanwhile, here's a virtual hug to all of you. We'll chat again soon.

I had the benefit to take one class with you maybe 16 or 17 years ago in Sacramento, and I’ve been following this channel ever since I found it. You have taught me so much. I’m so sorry this happened. I hope you will bounce back. Bodytribe!

A small contribution for the rebuild. Really gutted for you and the Tribe, the new space looked like it had a good vibe. Hope all are safe and well. Also wanted to say thanks for your motivation and instruction over the last few years. It really has been helpful during some tough times.

@@Iron-Buddha big thanks! I’ll be here on the toons a little more in the near future.

The day before, I left my water bottle. I drove away and this voice told me to go back or I would never see it again. It didn't make sense. My logical mind knew I'd get it the next day. But I drove away with this heavy feeling it wasn't just the water bottle I'd never see again. It's surreal thinking about that Thursday morning and how, even though we were describing the way this area floods to you, none of us had a clue. Thanks for making this video. Can't wait for the tribe to reassemble.

This really sucks, Chip. No other way to put it. I'm terribly sorry your new location was yet another victim of Helene's rampage-it looked like such a fun and well-thought-out little facility-but I'm glad you and the rest of the tribe are safe and in good spirits. I have no doubt you'll rebuild better than ever, and I'd love to visit when you do! 🙏

Hey there! This whole situation you all are going through brings both sadness and inspiration for what else is possible!… You masterfully create community, opportunity for growth and learning, tribes of people wherever you go and that is truly a gift! Thank you for all the ways you taught me through the years… I have been thinking about the many lessons of how I have discovered myself as a mover and many of them were brought to life through your coaching, gratitude!

Chip, I so sorry to see this. Its insane. Met you and trained with you in Bham years ago. If there’s one thing I can say about you, its you’re creative and resilient af. I know this will come back to you. If you ever want to come here and do a workshop or something, consider my space (in Leeds) an option. Take all the $ back with you to Appalachia. ❤ Dead serious. I’ll even clear the schedule to accommodate if I need to. I’ve poured what I have into my own space, and I don’t have the means to supply you with what you need there, but I can give you space here. Hang in there. ❤

Hey, Chip! Sorry to hear about everything that happened. It sucks, but it's nice to see you've managed to preserve the bodytribe spirit within you and your gym, no matter its shape (or lack there of). I'd like to support the rebuilding process somehow, and I am looking into purchasing the Initiate program. I have one question, that hasn't been addressed in the introduction video (or I've missed the answer). Do the exercises require training equipment? Thank you in advance, and best of luck in all your endeavours, Tamara

@@tc-3 no equipment required!

Great! The Member perks seem enticing, so I'll probably go for the membership option, even if only for a month or two. Then, later on, after perusing the program, I can decide on buying the stand-alone program. :)

Aaaand I've realized how insensitive that sounded, given the situation. Sorry. 😔

Chip, excuse the language… fucking hell, I’m gutted for you. Devastating. All the very best for the recovery… and seeing the tree in the middle of the training arena… fuck!!
