Hey Nanny all u have to do is turn your head upside down n spray. Wait a few minutes then lift your head n fluff around. U can use mousse. Good Luck

I've been doing that for years and it's a game changer for sure! I don't brush through my hair after I curl it, I just turn my head upside down and go through it with my fingers, I don't spray it because I spray each section before I curl it, use a little argon oil for shine and yes, fluff it around and you have that big hair from the old days, lol. Go big or go home! Great tip for those who don't know it 😊

I've been blow drying my hair lately with a defuser attachment and have noticed that my hair is fluffier. The directions say to use the defuser on low speed and heat. I'm very pleased with the results.

Have you tried Castor oil. Many years ago a hair dresser cut my eye brow off. I learned putting castor oil on my face for sun spots and getting into my eye brow they grew back. Very dark color. Now I'm putting castor oil on my temples where I hair loss. It is coming back! You love doing research please check out the many uses for castor oil. I rubbed it on my bone on bone arthritis knee. In 3 days the swelling and pain are gone. It is best to buy cold press,organic, virgin castor oil in brown bottles. I got mine at Wal-Mart in the cosmetic department $10. Love to all the family.

Hello from the UK. A great way to not keep losing your glasses is a chain attachment especially for spectacles. They come in all shapes and colours and even in plastic loops. It's like a necklace for your glasses and you will always have them handy around your neckline. Blessings. x

Oh Nanny, I am definitely feeling you on this one. Between thyroid issues, Covid, aging and genetics…I’m screwed…lol. I am with you on NOT using expensive gadgets (even though they may work, lots of $$ & time). During much research, I realize there are topicals you can use that may help hair growth, but if you stop…so do they. So I have come to the decision to take the best care of my hair I can, keeping it in good condition, and taking good general care of myself. Sharing my trick for volume in your hair. Years ago, I was a stewardess for Continental Airlines. Back then and I have continue still to date, I use dry shampoo (Living Proof is my favorite) for volume for my second day hair. Tada, big hair to my limp second day hair style. I am 75 years young now.

Just found your channel,and was very encouraged. Never heard about using a dry shampoo for thinning hair. I started losing hair in my mid 40s. My hair was very long and thick. Im 63 now. I still wear my hair long. Had it trimmed several inches 3 years ago. Im gonna try this for sure! I wear my hair up,or in a loose braid,most of the time,but having more volumne would sure be nice.
