Very practical! Good tutorial! Another bonus tip: you can add an array modifier and change the "fixed count" into "fit curve" to adjust the repetition of the mesh to fit the curve automatically... might be useful if you don't want to change the iterations every time the curve changes.

I've tried this with a circle and the alignment is off, the rope stays inside the circle, not the curve, any ideas why?

Do you have any tutorials for glass? :D like cookies in a jar or something? that would be very helpful
