@Fouad Abiad Media great great video awesome but two questions I have? Instead of the oatmeal since you say it sits in your stomach as a brick and then again you included this in the last meal of the day why not instead included the cream of rice you didn’t used this as a carb source which is easier then oatmeal? And second question is how do you get your lean mass body index like you said you weigh 256 but lean mass is 220 where did these numbers come from especially if I weigh 290?

This is seriously the best 20 minute explanation video I have seen. This should literally be taught in school for general nutrition. It is so simple yet so many people over complicate it by continually asking "WhAt FoOdS sHoUlD i EaT?" p.s. no one try and eat 460 grams of fat per day, you'll have a hard time reaching any of your goals lol.

Fouad you should talk about the different ways the average gym goer can determine their body fat percent in order to calculate their protein intake and their lean body mass. This is important to know as most people tend to over eat and emphasize protein over carbs. Carbs are good, just need good quality and the right quantity.

ever since the podcast started and I've been watching it,as well as several of my bodybuilder friends here in Egypt,You have changed all of us,you shed light on the truth, you're funny as hell and one hell of a bodybuilder soul, heart and physique. I gotta say man, we grew to love your persona that's a 100% authentic and true to yourself and others, thanks to all of you for getting us through hardships and hard times and may god bless and enlighten each and every member on this podcast, past and present!

Perfect video thank you so much for it. In my opinion you and Seth feroce can literally change the game, have a huge impact on switching from the "juiced out bodybuilding" mindset that is killing your friends and other bodybuilders to "look good naked" mindset with health being the forefront of the discipline. You guys can do it!

This actually really good for anyone trying to figure out how to make a meal plan. coming to the end of my first prep and first time having a coach help me out and teach me about forming a diet took the time to prepare my own meal plan going into a offsseaon to put on size and this is basically exactly what I did just with 2 more meals to try and put it all together. you can use this video to help you completely plan out your diet for whatever purpose. Dope video

almost perfect video on how to simply set up a meal plan to achieve a fitness goal. only thing I would add would be to tell people how to incorporate fruit/veggies into their diet, for health/micronutrients, as well as for fiber and digestion. also maybe explain how much of a macro the different meals are made of. for example, pre and post workout meals should have more carbs, while the last meal may be lower carb higher fat. that is getting a little more complicated though, this video was simple and effective, which is great for those who don't know where to start with their diets.

Hey I've said it probably too many times. But just wanted to say what you're doing and what the other guys do. Much appreciated. You guys put a whole different light and perspective and the bodybuilding that most of us think and say amongst our friends. The s*** that needs to be talked about. And then you know stuff like this just the help and encouragement that you give everybody. So yeah I guess I'll get off the soapbox here lol. Oh yeah I did my old lady slide into your DMs and b**** at you? Probably don't even remember but I was interested in the vet. And I definitely bottle. And then recently I think I even asked you about your Toyota. And I know my old lady lurks on my comments
