I am SO THANKFUL I’ve found you two menly men lumberjacks to teach me all I need to know about Design Space. I know you’ve heard this story before, but I was given the explore as a x-mas gift several years ago and it sadly sat in its box for 18 months b/c I was so intimated with DS. Slowly over time I’d watch a video here and there and eventually I GOT IT! I can tell you that The angels sang loud and clear that day, such that all in heaven AND on earth could hear that heavenly tune.. My next endeavor is to learn how to make crepe paper flower bouquets. The Juliet Rose in blush, talk about heavenly. Crepe paper purchased, I began cutting the petals, but when I realized each flower needs 100 petals, I said SCREW THAT, bought a Maker and all is right with the world and I thank God for its rotary blade and ability to cut crepe paper not to mention tissue paper. I’ve still have a long way to go to be fully proficient, but with your help, I’ll get there. Thanks boys, you are loved, cherished and ADORED for your cute quirky Cricut persona.

@@gabybiz6089 I went through the official Cricut website and they were having a sale that included the Maker + a starter bundle. The bundle had some essential tools like the weeder, scissors , tweezers, and scraper along with several rolls of different types of vinyl and card-stock squares . I got some everyday iron on, foil permanent adhesive vinyl, removable vinyl, dry erase vinyl, transfer paper, and chalkboard vinyl. About 8 rolls? But I still ended up going to the store to get a few more, ;)

@@gabybiz6089 I would get the basic tool package, and if you’re not getting a packaged bundle, get some lightweight cardstock and a roll or 2 of removable vinyl. Don’t stock up and go crazy at first because it will overwhelm you and you’ll get confused. Pick an easy project like a greeting card or a vinyl name label and only buy as you need to for each new project. Keep it super simple at first to build your confidence and keep frustration level low. 😊⭐️👍

Hello handsome lumberjacks! This was the best tutorial I've seen. I have several older models from cricut , I also made the investment on another very popular machine that I love because it scans anything you want. But I also decided to buy the cricut maker because I just wanted to own the best of the cricut line. There are so many video tutorials out there that it can become so overwhelming!
