Thank You for the excellent interview with Emily! Hearing her fitness life experiences was very uplifting. I'm 63.5 years young, getting back into the fitness game and her story about running the half mile in 15 minutes hit home. I stopped working out a year ago after feeling burned out after decades of lifting, cycling, yoga, etc.. People are shocked that I'm in my 60's and look about a decade younger with such a muscular physic. Mentally and physically I'm starting to feel sluggish and lazy. I've literally been working out since the age of 9 and really wanted to quit for good. I realize that if I completely quit and never workout again that I might be putting myself in jeopardy of having future health issues. My body has been used to working out for 5 decades and I realize I may have kept potential illnesses at Bay by continuously staying fit. Many things that Emily said made me realize that I just need to shift into doing things a little differently to stay healthy and continuing to stay in good health, especially at this point in my life. Thanks once again for the excellent interview! Tell Emily she's inspired an old school guy to continue to stay fit and shift my goals to doing things a little differently and staying healthy for the rest of my journey on the planet! I Appreciate The Two Of You Tremendously! 👍👊✌️♥️
