Nate and AJ do a great job with the fitting and tech aspect of golf, they really explain everything so people can understand it.

Great video! The visuals and explanation on loft helped a lot.

All things considered I would be hitting all contact at the face bulls eye first? Then adjust. The first guy was confusing , so I should start at 10.5?

If you're lucky enough to win the new pick a driver contest @THPGolf this could come in handy.

Hey guys, great video and thanks for sharing! If I tend to hit drives that balloon up and out to the right, sometimes even a hard slice, what would you recommend? I currently have my GBB Epic Subzero set to -1 degree, 10.5 degree standard, and the Draw setting. Are these two contradicting each other given one is closing the face and the other is opening it? Thanks!

Didn't know Dean fought the high left as well. Interesting to see how a fitter tackles that.

Yeah Dean definitely has the high draw in his arsenal.

the question I have is should I buy a 12* native loft to adjust down or a native 9* and adjust up?
@THPGOLF4 жыл бұрын
Lofting up will close face slightly and lifting down will open slightly. So it will depend what you need.
@yakkyuu124 жыл бұрын
Can you change the loft in just 1/2 degree increments, say 10.5 degree to 10.0 degree? or is it just 1 degree increments?
@THPGOLF4 жыл бұрын
No half degree changes

Adjust face angle to start with then go to slide.

This video is well done and not without some good information, but I'm Sorry...for most weekend golfers this is rather misleading...all I want to say is that whether you hit it high or low or left or right (assuming you have the correct shaft for your swing speed), it is 95% your swing and 5% the driver settings.. .while I agree you should get "fitted", it is much more important that you get lessons from a PGA instructor to get your swing at least moderately correct (a 4 handicap golfer whose primary swing coach played in the U.S. Sr. Open in 2015).
@THPGOLF6 жыл бұрын
No its not. Being fit and getting lessons are not mutually exclusive. One can be a moderate golfer, but still have a repeatable swing and being fit to get the most out of that swing, regardless of club or brand can mean much more enjoyment and performance.

How do you have your driver set?

THP Golf TV 9• set to -1-D with slide weight toward heel midway

If you take the front weight out of the epic flash sub zero driver, will it give you more spin? Or will it not change anything?
