How to do a deductive data analysis

This short video will show you how to carry out a (qualitative) deductive data analysis using a sample dataset. The main difference between deductive and inductive data analysis is the role of theory. A deductive data analysis starts with a theory, while an inductive data analysis starts with the data and ends with a theory (theory building). The choice lies in your research objectives.
