Love your podcasts and everything you put out there, I have been a PT for almost 10 years now and still learning so much from you and try to get my clients to listen to you guys and share your podcasts with them. You are a library of information.

Excellent tip from the start, ie. you mentioned "look at it like a conversation, you're gathering information".

My shoulders are forward even when Iv trained my traps and rear delts too much, even as a trainer would posture problem send a subconcious message to the client that they dont look after themselfs? But I love the dude's style he certainly doesnt look 35

Are there any specific forms you recommend for fitness assessments? Something one can do with each client month by month and printed out/saved to drive?

My trainer doesn't have a written plan. Says it's all in his head. This does not sound right. Shouldn't there be a plan that I can view?

How does a training seasion look like? Not sure if you're still with the same trainer.

Christopher from “The Sopranos” looks much better as a personal trainer than a wise guy. I’m glad he transitioned to a new life, free of crime and drugs.

Amazing guys , you’re just too kind towards the personal trainers and very encouraging. Loving your podcasts. It has become a daily routine for me to listen to your podcasts. Honestly your podcasts threw some light on my personal trainer knowledge (practical), n it is helping me with my clients n their results. Perfect keep going n keep inspiring 🙏

Too old to be a trainer?? Seems like the extra life experience could only be an asset! At 28 I hope I’m not aging out...

Nowadays you’re truly not too old until you decide you are too old. Or if you’re dead lmao
@steve00alt703 жыл бұрын
@@Willifordwav to be honest people would be more inclined to take on a 80 year old PT.
