I’ve been practicing yoga for 8 years now and have always struggled with inversions. My 2024 resolution was to start practicing them more and this video really helped me so much already with the step my step instructions!! Thank you so much !!

Everytime I wanted to learn a new asana, I chose not to learn from Kassandra. Other people headstand video is 3 minutes, but Kassandra made it into 3 long videos. In the end I failed learning anywhere else and always come back and succeeded with Kassandra’s video. Thank you and please keep up the good work!

Thank you so much for this helpful explanation! I've been really wanting to be able to do headstands but wasn't sure if I had sufficient core strength for them. I gave this a few tries and my neck got a bit sore. Do you have any advice on how to prevent neck pain? Or is it normal to feel a bit sore the first time?

***** Hi Lauren, When doing a headstand I put almost all of my weight in my forearms so that there is very little weight on my head and little tension in my neck. You need to have strong shoulders as if you were pushing the ground away! It is not advisable to do headstands if it causes you neck pain, you want to be able to stay safe and comfortable.
