Musha dori sumiotoshi is the focus of this new video by the #roguewarriors.
Bob Kamka sensei senior instructor of the #roguewarriors training compound demonstrates how to do musha dori sumiotoshi. Kamka sensei show us in detail how to deal with the attack first and then in step by step fashion how to do sumiotoshi aikido basic technique. This is another technique that exclusive to lenny sly aikido and his expression of tenshin aikido. Sly and Kamka sensei are on a mission to expose the truth to practical aikido that many aikidoka refuse to acknowledge.

Hi Bob I tried the technique last night I got it eventually. The biggest problem I had was keeping my parter’s arm from going down around my lower back when I entered and put my arm around his to lock him up. I really like this technique and I will work on it.
