You forgot to mention one of the best things about jumping jacks is that it is one of the only exercises that truly works out our lymphatic system which is necessary for immune function.

Something I recently discovered about jumping jacks: they are one hell of an ab exercise. I do 10 reps on the ab roller, so my abs are very strong anyways (believe me, 10 ab roller reps are worth well over 100+ crunches). I'm now doing a total of 80 jumping jacks over my 3-day workout cycle and my abs are killing me; I'm actually gonna take an extra day off tomorrow.

I’ve always had trouble synchronizing the jumping and the arm movements, so I used to look goofy in gym class I started practicing and have noticed I’m getting better at syncing the 2 movements, but my arms end up in front of me at the end of the movement rather than at my sides

the video started reversing about halfway in, and then playing normally, and then reversing again, to make it look like the man was jumping the whole time, but he actually barely did any.

After 4 set jumping jack i have pain in back when jumping. Should i rest ,than continue when pain goes away ? Any alternative to jumping jacks ? Doing 100 pushups a day + jumping jacks .

When your legs come to the widespread position, are you landing mostly on your toes or the fronts of the bottom of your feet? Your feet don’t land completely flat, correct? Thanks

I came here to find the right footwork. I’ve notice that I do jumping jacks on my tip toes. Should I be on tip toes the whole time or use my whole foot? I’ve had Achilles tendonitis in the past and I think that altered the way I do my jumping jacks.

You only open and close your legs, jump just high enough to reposition them while keeping them straight.

never do jumping Jacks barefooted. i hurt my left bottom leg doing that. i am glad i googled jumping jacks barefooted. It can cause injuries, so wear a good sneaker
