I've watched a lot of your videos in last few days, in particular, ones involving resistance tubes. I'm very impressed by the simplicity, thoughtfulness and sense of purposefulness that goes into making all these videos. Just a week back I'd bought an entire set of loop style resistance bands, and I realized they hurt the ulnar aspect of hands a lot even upon wearing gloves. So, I've ordered a set of resistance tubes as well. I'm planning to start incorporating exercises shown in your videos in my schedule once I get those delivered. Thanks a lot for the amazing content you've been creating!

A pro tip... Use angle straps for leg extension and donkey kick.. better than balancing the handle on the feet...👍

Here’s the thing. kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

You will be the good Fitness KZbinr in future I feel, on how to utilise home equipment and still maximizing the workout at home. All these simple little tricks, shows we do not need to spend tonnes of money behind gym and can still achieve our goals at home, which saves lot of time and money at gym. :) Keep going.

Good effort your video have given best resistance band work out plan overall even better than abroad fitness videos but sad we in South India can't understand Hindi try adding English subtitles in for future videos
