🙏 Namaskar. Thank you, Hansa ji & helpers! Trikonasana is a very good suggestion. The teacher-student demo is very nice. Please consider presenting more basic asanas, perhaps on a regular basis. Hatha yoga is a good remedy for these times. 🙏
