Just a caution..for those who are not as flexible yet, kindly warm up slowly and DO NOT FORCE yourself just to follow this video. The person in the video doing the asanas is an advanced yogacharini as she is a very flexible. So go slow, dont force yourself forcing yourself would lead to ligament and tendon tears and dislocation. Just do as daily and over time we would become flexible. Remember do not rush. Yoga is different for each person.Most important before starting Yoga recite a simple mantra of your Ishta devata or any chant from any religion( if one is not a Hindu) Lets not forget God in Yoga as Yoga is all about Union of Self and God.

​@@mustafahassanali35yoga itself is salutations to lord Shiva. Except surya namaskar which is salutation to sun. I believe only thing which differs here is breathing techniques. Breathing asans seggrates yoga from usual excercises.

Brain needs change frequently- doing various activities every day will keep you interested, engaged, happy, make your brain sharper and healthy, so, you could: 1. Learning something new every day - a language, instrument, interesting facts, subjects like history, electronics, different concepts, hobbies, films, skills, (improves memory, cognitive functions, replaces old neurons with new) 2. Exploring new places, going outside regularly to look at green and feel sunlight, it stimulates your brain, new dendries(for memory and attention) 3. Meeting new people, share experiences, new culture, new perspective of the world, new knowledge, various attitudes, community events are great to see what people are like Mind becomes richer, you feel so much healthier and happier Rest is also important so don't forget about it! Namakar madam ji. Thanks for The nice tips to enhance blood circulation in the brain. I think sirsasan also could be added for those who could do it against a wall for a few minutes while breathing normally through noses followed immediately by shavasan for 2 minutes.

i general feel your videos are very helpful.However this video is total out of touch with the reality of the general population. The full lotus is an elite asana that less than 10% of the population can perform and the shoulder stand variation is very chalenging. Who is your target audience? Certainly not the elderly, certainly out of shape and overweight indivifuals . Please reflect on my comments and adjust your goals and intentions when you produce a video like this for a very elite population. Thank you.

You can do forward bending in High BP. But backward bending is not advisable. Even shirshasan is not good for High BP people.

Res. Mam, I'm usually doing sarvangasan and sirasasan in my younger age. I didn't follow since 31 years upto my retirement. I'm following now. One morning when I do the sarvangasan, I had a terrible feeling of dizziness and I fell down from my position. I consulted doctor who said am affected by vertigo with BP somewhat higher level. He advised me to take Vertin 16 mg twice daily. Under this circumstances, may I continue the above asanas or stop abruptly. Your valuable advice would me more helpful. I'm now 71 years old. Thanks and regards

Very strictly advising to avoid supportive subtitles which you are discribing, as it blocks the yoga position shown. Either keep it on top of screen or don't give subtitles. Am a follower of you mam.

Namaste. Sarvangasana involves lifting legs and torso up to balance on the shoulders, while Viparita Karani involves lying on the back with legs extended vertically against a wall, offering distinct benefits and muscle engagement.

someone has told this woman that using her hands while she talks is effective in communicstion. she uses them here in a manner that is overly instructive. i feel should should focus on what she is saying without the ise of her hands...and they will elaborate...not overwhelm her message. just my observation.

It is advisable not to practice forward and backward bends within one hour after getting up, it can affect the heart badly, vajrasana and badakonasana without bend is okay, Mudras can help a lot during first hour of morning if done properly even mantras (nutral hmnys) like yogasana mantra etc are helpful

Madam mere father achanak se gir jate hai hosh nahi rehta hai ankh khuli rehti hai sochne samjhane ki shakti kho dete hai 10,15 min baad sahi ho jate hai lekin kuch yaad nahi rehta kya hua tha kya nahi achanak se chalte chalte kisi bhi time ho jata hai ab toh unko akela chordne se bhi dar lagta hai madam kuch bataiye kya kare
