Just a caution..for those who are not as flexible yet, kindly warm up slowly and DO NOT FORCE yourself just to follow this video. The person in the video doing the asanas is an advanced yogacharini as she is a very flexible. So go slow, dont force yourself forcing yourself would lead to ligament and tendon tears and dislocation. Just do as daily and over time we would become flexible. Remember do not rush. Yoga is different for each person.Most important before starting Yoga recite a simple mantra of your Ishta devata or any chant from any religion( if one is not a Hindu) Lets not forget God in Yoga as Yoga is all about Union of Self and God.
Listening to your presentation and knowledge share is always so very motivating and helpful in gaining more awareness on so many aspects of life care....especially your pleasant calm way of speaking is very therapeutic Hansaji🙏🙏

@@mustafahassanali35yoga itself is salutations to lord Shiva. Except surya namaskar which is salutation to sun. I believe only thing which differs here is breathing techniques. Breathing asans seggrates yoga from usual excercises.

It is advisable not to practice forward and backward bends within one hour after getting up, it can affect the heart badly, vajrasana and badakonasana without bend is okay, Mudras can help a lot during first hour of morning if done properly even mantras (nutral hmnys) like yogasana mantra etc are helpful

Res. Mam, I'm usually doing sarvangasan and sirasasan in my younger age. I didn't follow since 31 years upto my retirement. I'm following now. One morning when I do the sarvangasan, I had a terrible feeling of dizziness and I fell down from my position. I consulted doctor who said am affected by vertigo with BP somewhat higher level. He advised me to take Vertin 16 mg twice daily. Under this circumstances, may I continue the above asanas or stop abruptly. Your valuable advice would me more helpful. I'm now 71 years old. Thanks and regards
