I bought two 2lb bags of chia seeds for a ridiculously great price after learning the great health benefits. Since then I've been learning different ways to use them. I was putting them in overnight oats, chia shots for energy, and recently (thanks to mom) started grinding them into a powder with flax seeds to put in just about anything. I have always wanted to make chia pudding and just made your recipe! Thank you so much. I am excited to try it in the morning.

I made the Chia seed pudding but it was kinda bland, so I added an extra tsp of vanilla extract. Then i decided to make it into a meal so i used protein powder, then there wasn't enough milk so i added more of that. It was a mess by then so i threw it into a blender and added ice and frozen blueberries. Turned out ok, lol.

The information you provided in this video about how to eat chia seeds in 3 ways was great and so easy to understand. I really appreciated how simply you explained everything, and the recipes were so easy to make. I tried making it, and my mom loves it too! I Will definitely be using this information and sharing it with others who are interested in incorporating chia seeds into their diet. I recently made it with True Elements chia seeds, and it turned out amazing. Chia seeds are truly versatile and nutritious. Thank you for sharing such valuable insights and the fantastic recipes!

You need to presoak chia seeds as they will extract water from your body and cause problems. I soak 1 teaspoon in 8 oz water for an hour before bedtime and drink it just before going to bed. In the morning my blood sugar readings are almost normal (type 2 diabetic). The chia seeds give the digestive system something to work on as I sleep and reduces the pumping out of insulin.

only thing is u dont mention the essential soaking of the chia seed to eliminate the plant enhibitor enzymes, so they are safe to consume..
@lunaticraccoon8 жыл бұрын
Yeah I was wondering about that too
@WeeSmokey8 жыл бұрын
Lunaticraccoon hey, Iv been into my seeds and health products for a few months now and I am on the vibe that chia, hemp and flax don't need to be soaked just ground!.. I know this much, the hemp isn't regarded as a seed and is the daddy of mother nature! Lol I just grind my organic hemp, I don't even buy the hemp hearts 💕 which are shelled and much more expensive, as there is totally no need to as it doesn't even contain the enhibitor enzyme!! Which means they are made for us to consume naturally. Flax and chia when soaked just turn into a paste, so I grind them both- then fridge them in glass jars and can say i haven't ever had a sore tummy or even a little twitch in my belly ;p Currently I am on Sunflower 🌻 Pumpkin 🎃 Hemp 🌿 Chia and flax seed The flax is brown btw not the golden one and the chia is black with little white speckles.. Like they sell in the supermarket as shots (expensive) tho So I buy all mine online by the kg ;) from wherever sells the best quality at a decent price.. Usually between Amazon, eBay, buywholefoodsonline and other organic stores if they offer bulk and can match the quality I'm looking for.. Hope this helps u out a little :) as it can all be quite confusing at the start :s
