did it on a 2.5i block ej253 it holds boost well not single problem 4 years now and just did a 257 35 psi on an fpblack

What if we drill more holes than holes on head gasket considering prior to block fill it was all open hence more water contact around cylinders.

Im gonna devcon fill a b20 and when that fails imma throw in my chris b filled b18b block with low comp pistons to be safe i really want to push the limit of a epoxy block

Well the devcon b20 is still up and running with no overheating issue and it runs good no smoke and im still waiting on a friend to run his blue epoxy block i did for him

Yes sir, sorry I really didn't explain much in the video I was camera shy haha but essentially a css block ,helps prevent upper cylinder expansion under high load

Its been over a year since I shoot this but I believe it was a 3/16 but you can use your head gasket as a guide and match the water jacket holes the a drill bit hope this helps sorry for the late response hope this still helps 🍻

used this same stuff checked walls before and after it was filled walls did not budge still in spec this stuffs solid low expansion i guess but if run 2 motors and 1 iag closed deck the iag ended up warping after 6 months at mains and sleeves went out of round thist its yo do with diffrent aluminum thay used and press in epoxy works better
