Absolutely! And if you get too cold just adjust the temperature or grab a warm weighted blanket :) they sell them on Amazon, too!

I use guided meditation on the Fit On app and sent Alexa to okay ocean sounds all night!

The blue light glasses from Amazon really help me to fall asleep faster. I wear them a couple of hours before going to bed and I feel so relaxed. I started wearing them at work, since I am working on a computer most of the day. My eyes do not feel strained at the end of the work day. Thank you.
