@@evangonzales4848 I eventually fixed it by calling my service provider. My internet was apparently acting weird because they mistakingly cut it off and back on or something? Was an odd situation but nothing in this guide helped.

Did you run out of hotspot data? That same thing was happening to me so I entered the site the switch was trying to connect to on my phone and it took me to my phone plan which said my hotspot limit was reached
