I sprained this spot months ago, doing jumping jacks wrong and lifting my arms too high too fast. It ached a little during the workout, but it definitely feels better after. Thank you!

Hi, 6 weeks ago I fell during a football match and landed straight on my legs but my left leg overextended backwards almost as if it was about to dislocate but it did not. The major pain subsided within about 4/5 days however I still feel pain at the back of my knee when I, for example, sit in a squat position or stay on my leg for some time and this pain has not gone away, it's not a strong pain but an annoying pain, I also feel it when I attempt to do jumping jacks or when I try to stretch my leg backwards and I don't know what to do about it, maybe you can help?
