Bro I was in the military my Xbox was back home in another state my little brother was using it and got me banned I told the reinforcement team this and that I wasn’t there to stop it and even promised to take actions to prevent further bad behavior and they said I was still held responsible for something out of my control and now I’m banned for life. That's exactly what a good ol' friend of mine did after getting banned over trash talking. He was a crackshot in all Halos and had a very well built profile just to get permanently banned. He sold his xbox and got a playstation. He still likes Halo and Xbox but thinks it's pointless to play it again when you get banned after achieving so much.
