It is somewhat about genetics. It's also somewhat about nutrition but basic nutrition is enough. The way I got proper lasting muscular frame - I just got the basics instructions from a long time bodybuilder and continued to do those movements (and this is important - you have to have the absolute correct way how you do any movement) and in two years I was muscular. I decided I wanted to be more lean, so I lessened weight training and had intense aerobic training every day for an hour. For me the key was consistency - every day or at least 5 times a week. I got and have great results just with proper food and doing the movements right. If you do HIIT or do improper movements you will be in a heap of trouble in your 30s and upwards.

Hi brett, i need your advice. So for the last 2 or 3 months i started doing running and jogging for an hour and a half every day but after that i stopped since last month.im trying to lose belly fat,i started a muay thai class and i went home and started doing a muay thai workout routine for it every day for 90 minutes,but i still wont think it will work for my belly fat,what would you recommend me to do?

Always eat at a caloric deficit, try 1500 Calories a day. Long distance running can lower your resting metabolism to save energy.

@@BrettMaverickwell I’m a broke 14 year old, so I probably can’t pay as much as some other people. However, if it’s a one time payment (if it’s only one month long), I’d say a reasonable price for me would be between $100-$300. As I said I’m also not the richest person, so take what I say with a grain of salt. If it’s longer than a month and it’s by monthly payment, I think a good price would be between $50-$100. Of course this is how much I myself would be willing to pay, so I’m not sure what other people would be able afford. Hope that helped!

you have a good selection of exercises, but do not do an arnold press or a y raise, it puts a lot of pressure on the shoulders. if you want a good selection of exercises go to jeff nippard or coach gerg, not these glow up influencers with lacking knowledge in the bodybuilding field you wouldn't ask a fat person on how to diet

I already have a v shape without prior training. Am I going to retain that shape when I’m gaining muscles?
@ok2448yt11 ай бұрын
yeah you will as long as you don't overtrain muscles such as the obliques and traps. v taper depends largely on bone structure so if you have a good frame then training all muscles equally will yield good results

is v taper phisique based on your genetics or anyone can achieve it?
@TpFox11 ай бұрын
Definitely genetics, some people just have wider bones in their hips. Arnold famously had much wider hips than some of his competitors who had a much better V taper ratio. He also could only have 4 pack abs instead of 6 pack abs due to genetics.
